Tyler Lockwood is a Hybrid, he is eternally 18 years old and could be the doppleganger to
Michael Trevino. He is OPEN.BIO:
Tyler is the only child of Richard Lockwood and the oldest child of Carol Lockwood. He is also the only living Hybrid besides Klaus himself. In the beginning Tyler is shown as the ‘guy version’ of Caroline. He only cared about himself and would do whatever it took to get himself to the top. It is revealed that this urge comes from the abuse brought on by his father who is killed when he reacts to the device that alerts people of them being a vampire. Of course, this isn’t possible as Richard wasn’t a vampire but yet both him and Tyler had a reaction to the device.
When Tyler’s uncle Mason comes into town Tyler is glad to see the return of ‘the black sheep’ of the Lockwood family but is also thrown off by his uncles’ change in behavior. He notices that he’s acting more secretive and when Mason begins asking about a moon stone, Tyler knows something must be up. It isn’t until Jeremy Gilbert tells him of what he knows that Tyler begins believing the feeling that he has about his family being werewolves. Tyler confronts his uncles who confirms this feeling, telling him the only way he will become a werewolf is if he triggers the curse by killing someone. The thought alone terrifies Tyler but during an accident during a party he almost does kill someone, and decides that he never wants to feel that way again before giving his Uncle the moonstone he had been searching for. This moonstone will later aid in the breaking of the curse that locks in Klaus’ werewolf side.
Later at the Masquerade party, Tyler is attacked by a girl under the compulsion of Katherine Pierce and he ends up killing her, unlocking his werewolf trait. Caroline swoops in and begins helping him with his transformations and the two begin an uneasy relationship that is put to the test many times, including by Klaus who turns Tyler into the first successful Hybrid besides himself and takes a liking to Caroline.
The recent turmoil over the cure and the lack of one to give to Klaus has put Tyler’s life in danger. Klaus has agreed to give him a head start, and to let him run before he is killed. Tyler makes his way to Beacon Hills with a note from his mother directing him to the front doorsteps of Lydia Martin. He is shocked to learn that this is his half-sister but the prospective of having family despite losing so many has brought hope to him, and in the hope he realizes that he cannot let go of the people he loves. Determined to fight for is right to live against Klaus, Tyler readies himself to leave Beacon Hills and return home and to his surprise many are coming with him to fight. However, Klaus seems to be only the microscopic portion of their problems.Possible Love Interests:

Tony DeLuca || FC: Michael Trevino || Age: 19 || Clerk at Doosie’s Grocery || Open
+ traits: friendly, inquisitive, enthusiastic
- traits: nosy, irresponsible, carelessTony may be young, but he’s not as daft as some may think. Ever since childhood, he’s had a fascination for crime and detective work; his hero is none other than Dickey Curr. Doosie isn’t exactly fond of this rambunctious teenager, but realizes that he has potential, even if he winds up missing during shifts. Dickey on the other hand finds him to be a real nuisance; probably because Tony seems to meddle in his business affairs more than he should, often causing mischief while they’re in the middle of an investigation. One thing’s for sure though: even if Tony is a live wire, he has an eye for catching all the details that the aged detective leaves behind. Even though Tony’s antics seem to be of a frivolous nature, he’s still troubled by the fact that his sister, Stella, seems to think that he no longer exists.
